    Favorite Lift: Snatch

    Weightlifting Goals:

Most Memorable Athletic Achievement: My first time going 6/6 at a local weightlifting meet with a PR total.

Most Memorable Lifetime Achievement: Going back to school to earn another degree while working full time. It was also during this time where I found the courage to step foot in a CrossFit gym in a new city as a way to socialize, making my way back to the barbell after several years off.

  • Christel

Most Memorable Athletic Achievement: When I hit 125 lbs for my clean and jerk. I was stuck at 115 lbs for so long. As in years!

Most Memorable Lifetime Achievement: Cheesy, but my son! He is my world and I love watching him grow and find his own passions.
